| With the rapid development of the national economy, the large engineering projects, such asconstruction of urban and rural roads, bridges, large ships and machines, are inseparable from theportable and tenacious section steel. The varieties and specifications of section steel are veryvarious. Especially hot rolled section steel has better mechanics performance and carryingcapacity. Compared with plate steel, pipe steel and wire steel, section steel’s rolling process iscomplicated. The current weaknesses of hot rolling section steel production planning are theintricacy of constraint conditions, usualness of delay in delivery and difficulty in exploring thebest solution. The reasonable production planning and scheduling is the key to smoothimplementation of the enterprise long-term planning and enterprise production capacity of fullplay.Based on the design of Manufacturing Execution System(MES) for a hot-rolled enterprise,combined with the production characteristics of hot rolling section steel and the advantages ofMES information integration, a production planning and scheduling system is designed andimplemented. In the study of hot rolled steel production planning and scheduling problem, a lotof problems have been found, such as various production constraints, large unproductive timeconsumption, difficult to seek the optimal problems of production planning and scheduling,usualness of delay in delivery, etc. With the analysis of the current modeling strategy ofmetallurgical industry hot rolled plate, wire rod and so on, according to the actual productioncharacteristic of the hot rolled section steel, split attribute of the soft order are introduced, andmathematical model is formulated based on the improved batch decision-making and batchscheduling strategy. Simulated Annealing Hybrid Genetic Algorithm, which is usually used tosolve the metallurgical industry production planning and scheduling problem, is improved forsolving the mathematical model, and a new Hybrid Genetic Algorithm based on the genedisassembled is discussed. In the hot rolled section steel production planning and scheduling system, with the differentorder data and different planning methods for the simulation and comparison, it is proved thatthe solution of the modified batch decision-making and batch scheduling model is able to saveproduction time, reduce the times of equipment scheduling, reduce the times of delay in delivery,and improve the production efficiency. |
