Transformer as the core component of the power system, its safe operation is extremely important practical significance for China’s economic development. Transformer oil-paper insulation is a major component in the transformer insulation system. Insulating paper due to various factors and aging occur. Insulating paper directly determine the lifetime operational safety and life of the transformer. Currently, the research on the insulating paper focuses on aging detection insulating paper. For improving the insulating paper is less resistance to aging research.Aging the sheet article 10 ℃ use empirical formulas will accelerate the aging temperature to 180 ℃. At this temperature, by measuring the tensile strength of paper, folding, paper aging evaluate the degree of polymerization conditions. Concluded that folding is more sensitive and comprehensive evaluation parameters. By folding the evaluation criteria used in this experiment as paper aging detection.This paper studies the mechanism of the process and its high durability insulating paper mainly analyzes acetylated cellulose, and cellulose additives added heat acrylonitrile cyanoethylation modification process can affect the durability of the insulating paper. Using different means of modern instrumentation and analytical characterization of the homemade anti-aging insulating paper structure, thus revealing the mechanism to improve the durability of various types of modified methods.
