Because local expert knowledge base and database systems are not updated dynamically, especially when there is a fault after some difficult seem unable, at this time if the user does not solve the problem for a long time, it will cause great economic losses. In view of this situation, in-depth study of the characteristics of the papermaking process and fault diagnosis technology, the paper proposed and implemented a new type of remote fault diagnosis expert system based on the traditional method, and can solve the above problems.
