Cooperative Research Of International Technology On Controlment Of "Chinese Haze"

In recent years, "Chinese Haze" has become a seriously environmental issue which brings high costs associated with economy, society and public health, etc. How to effectively control the haze poses major challenges for Ministry of Environmental Protection of China. China will penetrate into innovation-driven development strategies and put emphasis on international cooperation of science and technology, then global advanced technology is conducive to haze controlment. Let us overview the general structure and layout creative points one by one: Firstly, this paper demonstrates the backgrounds and merits of research, and underlines oversea cooperation on technology of haze controlment will play a pivotal role in providing demo for domestic technological cooperation. The original chapter generalizes macro and micro causes of international technological cooperation, as well as several theories, International transfer theory,Technology gap theory and NR theory. Second part of this paper gives us official definition, reasons and detriments of "Chinese Haze" in depth, and explains relative theories on international technological cooperation(ITC).
