Because of the Heavy oil processing projects need continuous production, normal production operation temperature and high temperature, pressure, raw materials and products are flammable and explosive gasoline, diesel oil, residual oil and gas rich, after the completion of the project, if quality problems, can produce leakage and other serious consequences. Therefore, the quality control for the industry and the project, particularly important. Quality control as the key and the core task of petrochemical project construction process, the research on how to improve the quality management level, and improve the quality of the project, has become an urgent problem. So, according to the Qingdao long Heavy oil processing thermoelectric quality control of construction projects, and has very important realistic significance.This paper takes Qingdao Longfa thermoelectric Heavy oil processing project as an example, studied the quality control in the construction stage of construction project. Firstly expounds the basic theory of quality control, combined with the characteristics of petrochemical project to determine the project quality control target system and acceptance criteria. Secondly, this paper 4M1E for the engineering quality of the five major factors are analyzed. And then combined with the specific projects using the advance, quality control system, after the three stage, for each phase of the project construction process are put forward in the human, material, machine, method, quality control measures of five aspects of concrete, and using the method of mathematical statistics analysis, the concrete using the analytic hierarchy process method and the histogram of the project construction phase quality control for quantitative analysis. Finally, in view of the Heavy oil processing project construction quality control of 4M1E in five aspects, the paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.In this paper, the theory of quality control and guidance of Qingdao Longfa thermoelectric delayed construction of coking project, using the prior to the implementation, implementation, after the implementation of the three major links of quality control, analyzes the three stages of man, machine, material, method, five major aspects of concrete quality control measures.
