Research On Cooperative Governance Model Of Public And Private Chinese Urban Living Garbae

So, how to urban living garbage governance level is particularly important, it determines the status of environmental sanitation urban, determines the urban can continue the sustained and healthy development, governance issues so each urban government are highly concerned about urban living garbage.In this paper, the public-private partnership model of governance of urban living garbage as the focus of the study, through literature research method, comparative and case study method, based on the perspective of public choice theory to find the current public-private partnerships in urban governance problems and difficulties, public-private partnerships combs the domestic and foreign mainstream, analyze their organization the structure and process management, research on the selection of various patterns of principle, from the longitudinal comparison of each stage of different ideas and practices. And some local governments in Chinese urban garbage treatment in the work of public-private cooperation governance model of horizontal comparative analysis, summed up the diverse experiences of urban living garbage public-private cooperation in governance, and then find the scientific countermeasures of urban living garbage processing, provides the reference for the treatment of actual work units and departments of urban domestic garbage. In order to realize the government led, full participation in the private sector, to promote urban ecological sustainable development, government policy, economy, laws and regulations play means with the private sector effectively governance of urban living garbage through public-private partnerships scientific purposes.
