High organic matter content in the glyphosate waste water, chromaticity, belong to the refractory waste water; According to the actual situation to carry on the design of the waste water glyphosate treatment, chemical precipitation method of distillation, calcium chloride, senior Fenton oxidation method, chemical precipitation, distillation distillation combined with calcium chloride combined with senior Fenton oxidation five method through experiment contrast, it is concluded that the best method of the experiment of glyphosate waste water treatment and the optimal experimental conditions.1.Distillation glyphosate waste water, through the orthogonal experiment results, poor and variance analysis, get distillation the optimal experimental conditions for glyphosate waste water treatment:distillation time for 20min, temperature of 60℃, the pH is 4, glyphosate waste water amount to 50mL, at this point, the CODCr removal rate of 53%, the chroma removal rate was 90%.2.Calcium chloride glyphosate waste water treatment, through the orthogonal experiment results, the poor and variance analysis, get the calcium chloride the optimal experimental conditions for glyphosate waste water treatment:calcium chloride dosing quantity of 17g, pH of 5, the reaction time of 25 min at this point, the CODCr removal rate of 63%, the chroma removal rate was 60%.3.Distillation combined with calcium chloride glyphosate waste water treatment, through the orthogonal experiment results, poor and variance analysis, get distillation combined with calcium chloride the optimal experimental conditions for glyphosate waste water treatment:calcium chloride dosing quantity of 17g, pH of 5, the reaction time to 20 min at this point, the CODcr removal rate of 82%, the chroma removal rate was 90%.4.Senior Fenton oxidation glyphosate waste water, through the orthogonal experiment results, poor and variance analysis, get the senior Fenton oxidation process for treating wastewater from glyphosate optimal experimental conditions for:FeSO4 dosing quantity of 17g, pH of 4, the reaction time for 30 min at this point, the CODcr removal rate of 65%, the chroma removal rate was 90%.5.Senior Fenton oxidation method combined with distillation glyphosate waste water, through the orthogonal experiment results, poor and variance analysis, get senior Fenton oxidation method combined with distillation the optimal experimental conditions for glyphosate waste water treatment:19g FeSO4 dosing quantity, pH of 4, the reaction time to 20 min at this point, the CODCr removal rate of 93%, the chroma removal rate was 92%.
