| With the continuous development of automation technology, fieldbus technology has become a hot issue in automation and research direction in control technology. It is one of the main issues in today’s industrial automation to be solved to make sure how to choose the right fieldbus, give reasonable network structure to ensure rapid communication, timeliness, openness and reliability, so that the whole system can run in best state and the highest efficiency for different industrial field production requirements and the actual field devices.The paper took a petrochemical acrylic fiber production system as background, according to the advantages and characteristics of PROFIBUS fieldbus, designed and built the communication network system based on PROFIBUS fieldbus. The main electric unit in the system consisted on Siemens S7-300 series PLC, Emerson universal converter, MPI acted as monitoring level network, PROFIBUS-DP network acted as the field level Paper elaborated the hardware configuration and the design and achievement of the software in the control system, and did further analysis in the hardware configuration and the achievement of software. Finally, respectively, completed the hardware and software design and implementation between master PC and PLC, PLC master and slave, as well as PLC and inverter intelligent station. From the debugging process and production situation, the new control system is stable, the production quality of the product is qualified, indicating that the communication system design, installation and commissioning are successful. |
