The Study Of Shengli Working Platform No.8 Equipment Control System Based On PROFIBUS Fieldbus

Sea repairing well task has been an important method for improving the crude oil production. Shengli working platform No.3 was built and put into prodution in 2002,which indicate that our country has the capacity to design and manufacture sea platform by ourselves .The technology of sea repairing well platform has been mathure. But in present controlling and management of devices on sea platform are always carried through solely, which lead to high cost of construction and maintenance and a great waste of manpower and material resources. Integrating with the new kind PLC control electric machinery technology and by PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus technology, the paper realizes the whole control and protection of the sea platform equipment.By SIMENS COMPANY STEP7.0 V5.3 software, the paper carries through the configuration and program of the seatask platform workeroverrig, skid-mounted workover plunger pump and deep well pump. The paper researches their PROFIBUS-DP network configuration scheme and realizes sea platform equipment's whole management. The system has the protection function of overpressure, overfrequency, overload and counterpower. At the same time the repairing well equipment realizes duple controlling protection of the electrical driller's platform and kick controller, self-diagnosis and fault voice and light alarm logging, which provide convenience for worker, prevent accident and realize energy saving to some extent.To validate the capability and reliability of the control system, a test stand is built on shengli working platform No.8 to network configuration communication and programme debugging, which was organized by Shengli Petroleum Administration Shengli Electical Appliances Co., Ltd and Shengli Downhole Company.
