Abstract/Summary:
The economy of our country has leapt forward in recent years. However, the development of economy has accelerated the speed of conventional energy consumption and led up to the shortage of conventional energy. Our government has hiked the emission standards of pollution because of heavy pollution. These phenomenon makes enterprise quicken their pace of seeking for new energy. Steel industry belongs to high pollution and high energy-consuming industry. It’s necessary for it to recycle waste hate which is clean energy. Recently, cogeneration project has become important means to realize circular economy in steel industry. Waste heat power station has characteristic of making the most of heat and realizing CHHP, which makes it become a scientific plan of converting heat and energy saving and emission reduction in steel industry. Cogeneration project is an important project in the steel xinyu plant, and it’s necessary to analyze and evaluate its economic benefits.This article introduces present research situation of home and abroad about this topic, expounds basic theory of cogeneration and economic evaluation, summarizes fundamental state of cogeneration project in xinyu steel plant and make the use of theoretical knowledge to establish index system. On the other hand, AHP is used to determine the index weight and fuzzy evaluation method is used for overall evaluation.Finally, through the analysis of evaluation results, we explain the economic feasibility of this project.
