Minority traditional culture is a country, a symbol of the nation, minority cultural heritage, is an important condition for promoting cultural development in the minority areas and harmonious society is an important element in promoting national cultural development strategy, but also the development of China’s cultural industry basis. National dress is an important indicator of the content of minority culture is an important part of national culture.With the accelerating pace of social development, especially in the modernization process of reform and opening up in the guide, exchanges between different ethnic groups in different parts of unprecedented expansion. Clothing is the fastest product of social development, we are faced with the turn of national dress culture, foreign culture shock. In such a social context, our national dress rather have some great changes, and the traditional costumes of ethnic minorities have been hard to find, but there are still some ethnic minority costumes still retains the original landscape ever. The "Tribute Huang Qing map" can provide these raw materials in traditional costumes.In this paper, Basis of "Huang Qing Tribute map" in the national costumes of the Qing Dynasty frontier as a starting point to compare the respective minority costumes today, and preliminary analysis of its heritage or changes of circumstances. This paper mainly composed of the following questions:First, China’s national dress culture and the relationship between the Chinese Diverse Integral Structure; two, "Huang Qing Tribute map" outlined, including its creation of the background, purpose, and a book author drawing process, content and version, and the relationship with the academic value of the Qing ethnic policy; three, which is the core content of this paper, compare and analyze "Huang Qing Tribute map" depicted in various ethnic costumes of the Qing Dynasty and today our various ethnic costumes Inheritance and Change of circumstances; four, analysis of contemporary national costumes inheritance and change the meaning and reason.Finally, the author’s research and field survey of the relevant literature, comparative Qing Dynasty, "Huang Qing Tribute map" Frontier correspondence between the various ethnic costumes and Contemporary Chinese Ethnic Costumes and analyze the inheritance and change the situation, can be summarized as follows two things: First, China’s western and northern grasslands minority highland areas and the northeast region of the Ethnic Costumes and "imperial Qing Tribute map" records changes compared to small and large inheritance, including Tibetan, Monba, Mongolian, Hezhen Family Oroqen and other tribal costumes.
