In this experiment, glass beads are received by using the isolation agent. Glass powder material is obtained from broken white glass bottles. There are three kinds of specifications, they are 60-80 mesh and 80-100 mesh and 100-120 mesh. Through setting different calcination temperature and holding time for screening experiment at about 900℃, The sample of glass beads are observated under the polarizing microscope morphology and selecting the group which is higher about ball rat. At the same time, it is also the best calcination condition. The best conditions of calcining of three kinds of glass beads are obtained through this method. The result show that the best calcination condition about 60-80 mesh is that the calcining temperature is 900℃and the holding time is 30 min. The best calcination condition about 80-100 mesh and 100-120 is that the calcining temperature is 900℃ and the holding time is 20 min. In addition, In addition, the small size of raw material which ball rate is higher in the same calcining conditions, so the ball rate about 100-120 mesh beads is higher than the other two specifications.Samples of beads were treated with acid and alkali before coating and coated with TiO2 and SnO2 by using Chemical deposition method to do the Orthogonal test separately. The experiment is by changing TiCl4 concentration and Urea concentration and reaction temperature for factors when coating TiO2 film. The Sn O2 /GB are received by using the same method. And the two kinds of Orthogonal tests specification all are L9(34). The best coating condition is selected through the microscope observation and reflectivity test and the EDS test. The best coating conditions of TiO2 film and SnO2 film of three kinds of glass beads all are obtained through this method.The results show that the best coating condition of TiO2 film of 60-80 mesh is that the TiCl4 concentration is 0.2mol/L and the urea concentration is 0.5mol/L and the reaction temperature is 70℃. The reflectivity after coating is about 7% higher than before coating. The best coating condition of SnO2 film of 60-80 mesh is that the SnCl4 concentration is 0.3mol/L and the urea concentration is 0.5mol/L and the reaction temperature is 80℃. The reflectivity after coating also is about 7% higher than before coating. The best coating condition of TiO2 film of 80-100 mesh is that the TiCl4 concentration is 0.2mol/L and the urea concentration is 1mol/L and the reaction temperature is 80℃. The reflectivity after coating is about 8% higher than before coating. The best coating condition of SnO2 film of 80-100 mesh is that the SnCl4 concentration is 0.1mol/L and the urea concentration is 1mol/L and the reaction temperature is 70℃. The reflectivity after coating is about 7% higher than before coating. The best coating condition of TiO2 film of 100-120 mesh is that the TiCl4 concentration is 0.2mol/L and the urea concentration is 0.5mol/L and the reaction.temperature is 70℃. The reflectivity after coating is about 13% higher than before coating. The best coating condition of SnO2 film of 100-120 mesh is that the SnCl4 concentration is 0.3 mol/L and the urea concentration is 0.5mol/L and the reaction temperature is 80℃. The reflectivity after coating is about 11% higher than before coating.From the degree of the reflectivity increase analysis we can know coating TiO2 film is higher than coating SnO2 film on the whole. In addition, no matter coating TiO2 or SnO2 film of 100-120 mesh beads which reflectivity is higher than other two specifications glass beads.
