According to the analysis of the drilling waste disposal technology in the internal and the overseas area, combining with our own creative features, the thesis chooses factor analysis method. On the foundation of attaining the significant factor of the technology innovation, the thesis constructs technology innovation motive model, and proceds the simulation; finally provides the basis of improving the drilling waste disposal technology, by establishing the creative motion mechanism.Defining the research system based on the idea of system theory,combining with the unique features of the drilling waste disposal technology creative motion mechanism, the thesis primarily protocols29internal and external influencing factors from the current situation of our nation, using the theory of incentive constraint,that affect drilling waste treatment technology innovation power, such as the constraint of environmental protection laws and regulations, the supervision of media and the public, the incentive mechanism in the inner-enterprise, the level of R&D talents, the drilling waste management ability and so on. On this basis, the paper extracts the10comprehensive variables that affect the dynamics of technology innovation, and carries on the description and renames by designing the questionnaire using a Likert-type Five Point Scale and the method of factor analysis, for example,the external constraints, the degree of pollution of the environment, their own R&D funds investment, the earnings of enterprise technological innovation, talent introduction and training of R&D, the innovation environment of the inner-enterprise, the capability of enterprise technological innovation, technology import and the government support.By analyzing the interaction of the integral factors, the thesis establishes the disposal technology innovation system dynamics model of drilling waste by using Vensim PLE. The thesis concludes the structure function according to the relationship among all factors, also tests and verifies on Vensim PLE. After that the simulation trend figure is obtained according to the sensitivity analysis. Finally the systematic key factors such as enterprise external constrained degree, the enterprise internal innovation environment, government support and so on, are found, which provides basis for the formulation of the technology innovation strategy and the development of the activity of the enterprise.
