Generally long-distance pipeline transports light refined petroleum products oil or light low-freezing crude oil without heating. oil goes into the pipeline from the first station, after flowing a certain distance, oil in a pipeline reach thermal equilibrium with the surrounding medium, it’s temperature is close to the environment temperature of the depth of the pipeline buried. the pipeline is called isothermal oil pipeline. an isothermal pipeline construction investment and operation cost so much, the optimal design has the vital significance to reduce cost and shorten the design time.In plain area, the optimal design of isothermal oil pipeline including crossing engineering is on the basis of satisfying the requirement of safe and reliable and transportation task, seeking the optimal combination of main design parameter such as the pipeline diameter and wall thickness, number of pump station, pump lift and reasonable pipeline crossing way.it make the pipe system of the construction costs and operating expenses sum at least. In plain area, laying isothermal pipeline often need cross the river, houses, marshes and obstacles such as railway, so choose economic and reasonable way of crossing is one of the optimization of content.This paper has established the plain through the optimization mathematical model of isothermal oil pipeline. schemes comparison method to solve the mathematical model of calculation program is compiled by VB and calculated by an example. the effect is better. |
