In order to enhance the precision of the results of analysis and evaluation and improve the instruct value for practical produce. there is a uniform evaluation criterion for every risk accident and risk factor. Therefore, we should build mathematics evaluation model for fuzzy factors using fuzzy mathematics theory in the process of risk analysis and evaluation. In order to evaluate the status of fuzzy factors impersonally, we adopt the method of specialist investigation to evaluate some factors.The dissertation is mainly take CPP (China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau) as an example. We do the modeling based on the basic concept of risk analysis and we do the reliability analysis and risk analysis of pipe laying system.
