Gas and water molecules can form gas hydrate under low temperature and high pressure.In deepwater drilling,hydrate forming in the drilling fluid can hinder the fluid circulation,clogging pipes,and even affect the well control safety.Hydrate blockage can cause extremely dangerous in the offshore drilling platform job.Currently,we always add a large number of substantially thermodynamic inhibitors to solve this problem.But thermodynamic inhibitor amount is too large,cost much,and also cause environmental pollution.Kinetic hydrate inhibitor must be a famous additive in the future,as its low dosage and pollution.Based on research and analysis of the literature,and the theoretical analysis,select monomers and radicals which have lactam ring,hydroxyl,and ester.Synthesized kinetic hydrate inhibitors YZ-1 by orthogonal experiment.Test structural characterization and intrinsic viscosity of the inhibitor.Drilling hydrate inhibition experiments evaluating comparative analysis showed that the newly developed better than the usual dynamics YZ-1 inhibitor effect.And the inhibitor has a good complex property with thermodynamic.Based on the hydrate inhibitor effect of evaluation experiments,preferably a highly efficient deepwater drilling fluid systems inhibitor,which can inhibit gas hydrate for carrying out deepwater drilling site application test basis.
