Solid waste generated in the process of modern iron and steel production mainly has:the blast furnace slag, steel slag, iron containing impurities (Blast furnace sinter return, dust, iron oxide dust of blast furnace gas, etc.), waste refractory materials, fly ash, gypsum, slag, iron and other large steel grain. How to make good use of solid waste, is an important measure of modern iron and steel industry Protect environment pollution, combining prevention with control, but also enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, an important means to realize the healthy and sustainable development. In modern iron and steel enterprises must be in accordance with the source reduction recycling, remanufacturing, zero emissions and so the overall idea, promote the industrialization of utilization of solid wastes.Anshan Iron and Steel Group Chao yang steel limited processing storage and transportation center prior to the establishment of the four in one day to blending operation using in situ mixed mode. When various materials to meet all the requirements of weight ratio after the beginning of sealed reactor blending. When the field receiving material single species beyond this batch demand, into the next batch, separately stacking.
