Case Study On Green Production Of Ansteel Chemical Plant

With the development of economy and increasing focus on environmental protection work of the whole society, the contradiction between development and environmental protection of iron and steel enterprises increasingly prominent. It is a thought-provoking problem that how China’s iron and steel enterprises can not be eliminated under the background of gradually increasing pressure of environmental protection and steel overcapacity, which will test the intelligence of enterprise managers at the same time. The implementation of enterprise green production is becoming an important way to the future of enterprises.However, the existing research of green development mostly concentrated on the macro strategy theory, research which introduces the successful experience of enterprise green production is rare. In this paper, coking industry is used as research object, in which there are a lot of complex pollutants, high emission, many emission links and serious pollution. The method of case study is used to study and summarize the green production practice of Ansteel Chemical Plant.Through the strategy research and result analysis of the case enterprise, the successful experience and existing problems of green production of Ansteel Chemical Plant are revealed, and corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward for the problems. According to the third stage of the technical improvement project of Ansteel Chemical Plan, research content divides green production strategies into two chapters: cleaner production strategy and environmental protection strategy are studied in the case body,and green effect and economic effect of strategy execution are analyzed in case analysis part. The analysis result of evaluation shows that the green production strategy of Ansteel Chemical Plant is more successful.The case study on green production measures and achievements of Ansteel Chemical Plant has some value, on the one hand, it can reflect some important practical strategies of green production, case enterprise can provide experiences for green production of other enterprises, on the other hand, it has great enlightening significance for the future exploration of green development theory, this summary put forward harmony experience between nature and mankind, which can contribute to the ecological civilization construction.
