The New Design Heelys Are Based On Warning Function

The shoes are closely related with people’s life. Far from primitive society and future, the shoes will always accompany with people’s survival and development, and would vary based on the changes of development status of the society.From wood drilling to making fire in the Stone Age to the ubiquitous of intelligent technology, it is the changes of way of life that brought advances in technology. It is a dramatically improvement of the quality of people’s life with increasingly intelligent technology entering into people’s life. As human-being’s closest clothing items, the shoes are becoming increasingly intelligent. The Heelys are the combination of mechanical technology and shoes.Traditional Heelys is the installation of mechanical components with a pulley on the soles of sports shoes, which can be able to glide.The emerging of Heelys attracts youngster’s hot pursuit. Until now, Heelys is still favored by sports-loving people.With the development of science and technology in the fashion industry, there is a fashion trend that Heelys can catch up with. Throughout the category of Heelys, there are two types:one is removable and can be installed the pulley Heelys manually; the other one is that there is machinery in the internal of the sole of shoes which can control pulley to pop-up and recovery through a control button. It is used to eliminate the trouble of manually installed. Pulley will be automatically pop up and fixed when pressing the eject button. To make the pulley recover, you need to press the eject button, and meantime push the pulley to the inside of the soles to the indicated location then release the button and pulleys, and pulley will be fixed and withdrew the soles. It needs innovation development compared with today’s technology level, though both Heelys are equipped with mechanical devices. The purpose of this study is to apply electronic mechanical and sensing warning device to the design of Pulley; the method is to use the automation machinery equipment to pop up and fix the pulley, through sensing external barriers by sending device, to make a feedback to the vibration device as a warning. The result be achieved is that the pulley can automatically pop up and recover through remote control when people wearing the shoes, and make the people avoid the danger through alerting when there are obstacles. To achieve the purpose of design, we need to make a emerging and combination with the machine element and the design of shoes body, thereby succeed to design the highlight of runaway alert functional the new Heelys.
