Manufacturing industry is facing the important opportunities of industrial transformation upgrading and the transformation of development mode, because of the comprehensive application of all kinds of advanced manufacturing technology in manufacturing, the mode of production manufacturing will also fundamental shift. The production mode of manufacturing has been developed from traditional extensive to intensive changes now, it has control all kinds of production factors, such as machine, material and personnel, and implement of fine management is based on this idea.The development of the numerical control machine tool information management system based on Internet of things mainly completed two functions: one is to monitor the state of machine tool in the process of running; The second is to establish the basic information of the NC machine tool module, information is commonly used for unified management of NC machine tools. I have installed some key components in machine tools corresponding sensors, real-time acquisition machine status data, using ZigBee technology to form a wireless sensor network, sensor data collection, and then through the gateway data format conversion, transmission through Ethernet to the data center of information management system, in the end, we analyzed the data and finished to complete the machine running state of anticipation and made corresponding measures in a timely manner; In view of the part of the more frequently used NC machine tools, I have set up different functional modules, including: user management module, numerical control machine tool information management module, NC program management module, task management module, machine tools running state acquisition module, communication management module and machine tool maintenance and tool management module, etc. Different module makes the machine the process of using more convenient and efficient, and implements the centralized management of the information.The technology of the Internet of things is an emerging technology, it represents a new stage of development of the Internet, the Internet of things technology is applied to the numerical control machine tool information management system will improve previous extensive production model, the business model based on the characteristics of NC machine tool were introduced in detail in this paper, I have made further explanation of the business module based on the technology of Internet of things and key technologies involved in the model. I believe that with the continuous development of all kinds of new information technologies, the information management system will be perfected and developed further, better service in the practical production.
