Study lamp plays a key role in lighting application for people’s life, work and study. The sense of sight, psychological and physiological health of the readers have been deeply influenced by the illumination environment of study lamp. The research about study lamp has been focused on the illumination quality. On condition of supplying adequate lighting, the intelligent of study lamp will bring us convenience and humanization.In this thesis, the intelligent of study lamp has been studied in the terms of humanity,health and intelligence. The lighting model of study lamp has been established to solve the glaring phenomenon and astigmatic problem. Furthermore, the equ-iluminous intelligent automatic dimming technology has been employed to improve the illumination environment of study lamp. The thesis is mainly included as follows:1. Basic research on the intelligent of study lamp, including investigation of development status for study lamp, analysis of the related illumination standard. Finally, it has been confirmed that the structure which includes two aspects of health lighting and intelligence.2. We firstly build the lighting model for study lamp and analyse the solvement of glare and astigmatism. The stray light has been removed by combining with tubular lighting methods and the optimalizing depth of tubular lighting structure is obtained.3. The luminous intensity of study lamp has been invariable on the object of illumination of working plane. The intelligent adjustment system of study lamp can monitor the changes of luminous intensity on working plane and adjust automatically brightness of lighting.4. We also build an experiment system to test the glare UGR, astigmatism and illumination uniformity of study lamp. The simulation and experiment of the intelligent PWM dimming and PID controller have been conducted to realize automatic dimming.The characteristic of this thesis is that the light emission model has been firstly established and the problem of the glare and astigmatism has also been solved. The equiluminosity illumination of study lamp on working surface has been realized.
