Endophytic fungus is a kind of microbial resources with a broadprospectin application. Endophytic fungi can produce abundant secondary metabolites with novel structures and high bioactivities. And they have been a very important source for searching new bioactivity natural product. In the first chapter of this article, the research progress of the metabolites of endophytic fungi was summarized in recent years.The secondary chapter describe the chemical screening on100strains with4kinds of re-screening medium using TLC detection and two strains(YIM PH30003-1and YIM PH30003-2) with PDB medium were selected for the study of their secondary metabolites.The third chapter is about the secondary metabolites from two strains of endophytic fungi(YIM PH30003-1and YIM PH30003-2) from Panax notoginseng in Wenshan of Yunnan province. These structures were assigned from a combination of1D and2D NMR, and mass spectral data. Sevevteen compounds including of five new compounds, peniginsengin A(1), peniciginseng A(2), peniciginseng B(3), peniginseng A (6), peniginseng B (8) were isolated from YIM PH30003-1, togather with twelve known compounds,(9Z,12Z)-octadeca-9,12-dienoic acid(4),9,12-octadecadienoic acid (9Z,12Z)-,2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester(5), methyl4-(3,4-dihydroxybenzamido)butanoate (7),4-(3,4-dihydroxybenzamido)butanoic acid(9), penicilliumin A(10), macrophorin A (11), macrophorin D (12), ergosterol peroxide (13), benzoic acid, methyl ester (14), benzoic acid,4-hydroxy-, methyl ester (15), benzeneacetic acid,4-hydroxy-, methyl ester (16), benzaldehyde,3,4-dihydroxy-(17). From YIM PH30003-2, seven known compounds included of,9-octadecenoic acid,(92)-(1)5,6-epoxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-8,22-diene-3,7-diol (2), latifolicinin C (3), glycerol (4), butanedioic acid,1-methyl ester(5), ergosterol peroxide(6), benzeneacetic acid,4-hydroxy-, methyl ester (7) were isolated.In the other hands, this paper also discusse the antibacterial activity(MIC) of some compounds derived from YIM PH30003-1. Nine compounds including of peniginsengin A (1) eniciginseng A (2), peniciginseng B (3)、(9Z,12Z)-octadeca-9,12-dienoic acid (4)、peniginseng A (6)、methyl4-(3,4-dihydroxybenzamido)butanoate (7)、 penicilliumin A (10)、macrophorin A (11)、macrophorin D (12) exhibited well antimicrobial activites against F. solani with MICs at32μg/mL、64μg/mL、32μg/mL、32μg/mL、64μg/mL、64μg/mL、64μg/mL、16μg/mL、32μg/mL respectively.
