| Nowadays,occupational safety and health problems are the key issues for the sustainabledevelopment of human society.Industrial dust pollution is one of the main causes of occupationalhazard,after people breathe lots of dust,the dust will accumulate in the respiratory system andgive rise to pneumoconiosis.Industrial sites dust mainly include floating dust and depositiondust,dry and wet dust collecting system are generally adopted against the floating dust,whilehand sweeping or water cleaning is still used to handle with deposition dust,cleaning process willeasily cause secondary blowing dust and pollution.To solve dust cleaning problem and avoiddust in the process of cleaning then ensure that dust is collected in effective way.So this paper isto study the vacuum dust collection system against deposition dust on the basis of domestic andoverseas research.Research method:This paper mainly studied the working principle and design considerationfor the vacuum dust collection system,the basic theory about the collection system wasdescribed,piping layout,design calculation and equipment selection of the system werecompleted according to the practical situation of a tungsten ore selection workshop;Dustconveying of the system pipeline while two dust collection points running was simulated basedon fluent software,the feasibility of the system for long distance dust suction was alsodiscussed.The dust conveying of different diameter was simulated by the discrete phase model(DPM model),which obtained the dust trajectory and residence time.Research results:The system allowed two dust collection points to work simultaneously;suction inlet velocity was40meters per second;the vacuum degree was negative45kpa;theequipments were JAS series dry roots vacuum pump,CZT3.9long cone cyclone and YMC-19circular pulse bag dust collector;The simulation results show that there are lots of tungsten oredust trajectory line in pipelines,the streamline is smooth and uniform at the exit;the residencetime of four kinds of dust is very short(Mean Residual Time is0.806s).Research conclusions:Simulation results fully show the system could accomplish the longdistant dust conveying;And field application showed that the maximum dust concentration of aworkshop during the dust cleaning was0.3mg/m3below the allowable concentration of workshophealth standard and the system could create millions of recycling value as tungsten ore dust gotcentralized recovery.So the vacuum dust collection system design reasonable,And it is verypractical to deal with dust. |
