Fractured and water-carrying gas reservoir as a typical macro heterogeneous gas reservoir exists in our country widely especially in Sichuan Basin. As we all know, that gas reservoir water invasion caused by water channeling occurs will lead to gas production rate decline rapidly, gas well flowing ability decrease, and even cause serious bottom hole liquid loading and flooded to stop production, So it is necessary to study water invasion performance and gas reservoir water resolvent of fractured and water-carrying gas reservoir in order to enhance recovery of this kind of gas reservoir.This paper based on investigation masses of the literature available, starting from gas-water two phase flow of fractured and water-carrying gas reservoir, that gas sealed by water in the process of two phase flow was systemly analyzed from microcosmic and macroscopic, moreover, both water invasion mode and water invasion mechanism was also studied. On foundation of study of water-carrying gas reservoir reserve calculation method, gas reservoir reserve of Maokou formation KongTan gas field was evaluated using the material balance method and production accumulation method. Also, water influx calculation method of water-bearing gas reservoir was researched, steady state method, unsteady state method and material balance method were maily studied, the steady state method apply to the conditions that the gas reservior who has great formation water aquifer and high permeability; the unsteady state method needs to estimate of aquifer shape and size, and the calculation procedures seem rather complicated; the material balance method can be used for estimation of water influx in reservoirs by applying the production performance data avoiding aquifer Parameters eatimation error. Then water influx of the example was caculated using these mathods above, from comparison and analysis of the caculation resulte, aquifer occurrence mode can be primarily judged.By analyzing gas water relations, aquifer energy and water invasion strength, combined with water influx rate and water production performance, water invasion performance as well as water invasion channel and manner were analyzed and judged. Finally, water drainage scheme was formed according to water invasion law; furthermore, single well geological model model and numerical simulation model for K6well was established for drainage method demonstration with the application of numerical simulation technology. The simulation results shows development scheme that the lower structure location well designed as drainage well also for gas production while higher structure location well designed as gas production well, development scheme, has remarkable effect for water invision regulation of KongTan gasfield MaoKou formation gas reservior water invision. At the same time, the gas reservoir water invision regulation theory has some guidance significance for regulating water invasion in other similar gas field.
