A Study On The Cultivation And Measurement Of Environmental Responsibility Of Enterprises In Western Ecologically Vulnerable Areas Based On Audit

In recent years,as China’s rapid economic development,the focus of nationalattention is no longer confined to the economy,and it began to slowly turn to otheraspects of the people’s livelihood,especially the ecological environment.On the thirdplenary session of the party’s18th it proposed the establishment of ecologicalcivilization,established a complete system of institutional system of ecologicalcivilization,improved environmental management and environmental remediationsystem,and used the system to protect the environment.Due to the large gap betweenChina’s economic development and developed countries’,it resulted in a great deal ofpressure on the development process, and also made our country in the early stages ofdevelopment regarding speed as the main goal,which made our development use theway of high input, high consumption, high pollution and low efficiency whileignoring the damage to the environment.Now,while the economic development inChina is stable and rapid,the problems in the early stages of development began toshow up,and environmental problems are most obvious. Therefore, country began topay attention to the ecological environment.In18thCPC national congress it proposedto vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization,put the constructionof ecological civilization in a prominent position and also into economicconstruction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction and theentire process in all aspects.So the academic study of environmental issues alsoimminent.In the process of solving environmental problems,companies are veryimportant,and to fulfill their corporate environmental responsibility is the best way tomaintain the ecological environment.Corporate environmental responsibility is notonly conducive to enterprise development,but also conducive to the realization ofsocial justice and the value of maintaining the environment.In a word, the corporateenvironmental responsibility is advantageous to the enterprise,the harmonious societyand the environment sustainable development.Therefore, this paper based auditperspective on China’s western sense ecologically fragile areas of corporateenvironmental responsibility to cultivate and measure the problem do a special study.This paper can be divided into three parts.In the first part,on the basis of thewestern ecological fragile region enterprise environment responsibility consciousnessand cultivation measures theory.The specific scope of ecologically fragile westernregion had been defined,and explained the meaning of corporate environmentalresponsibility.Finally, based on the audit perspective on corporate environmental responsibility it conducted measure necessity.This article discusses the cultivation ofconsciousness followed by corporate environmental responsibility mechanisms.Thenfrom external security mechanism formed mainly from corporate environmentalresponsibility of self-awareness,as well as "reward type training mechanism forward"and "reverse cultivation punitive mechanisms" two aspects were discussed.Finally,setup based on the perspective of the audit of the western ecological fragile areas for theimplementation of the corporate environmental responsibility measure model,and andthrough the field investigation,it had carried on the case analysis to the application ofthe model. According to the analysis results to improve our country enterpriseenvironment responsibility to perform the related Suggestions are put forward.
