| With the promote of China’s energy efficiency and the optimization of energy structure, improve of related laws and regulations of environmental protection, natural gas purification has been paid more and more attention and concern.Wheater the purification plant is stable and reliable operation is important to guarantee the downstream, and carry out the operation scheme optimization research for the existing natural gas purification plant become a necessary part of the production process.With the further development of gas field, the temperament of natural gas purification plant(a total of two sets, single set of design capacity of375×104m3/d)has changed markedly. In order to ensure the smooth functioning of the plant, this paper uses special process simulation software, chooses property data and thermodymatic calculation equation for desulfuration and dehydration process, uses the optimized parameters to account for the main single equipment.At the same time, when compared with the original design parameters and operation parameters in the field for data comparison.get the main influence factors of purification plant production and processing limits as well as the existing problems and bottlenecks in technology. On the basis of it, complete purification equipment operation parameters and process optimization, obtain optimized running stable and reliable solution.The results showed that:to ensure the plant work stableã€safe operation, this single set of natural gas processing capacity can reach412×104m3/d.Optimum operating parameters:using40%(wt) of the MDEA solution,the feed gas int pressure of5.15MPa, the temperature is15℃, the MDEA solution total circulation were76.6m3/h,86.5m3/h, which entered the18th floor plate of lean liquid were67.91m3/h,76.68m3/h, entered the15th floor plate of lean liquid were7.55m3/h,8.52m3/h.Reasonable regenerator heating steam consumpyion between0.12-0.18t/m3MDEA solution.TEG circulation rate of6.12m3/h, TEG into absorber temperature was about52℃, the amount of stripping gas was about105.32m3/h.In terms of process improvement is proposed to increase the gas/gas heat exchanger, adjust MDEA circulating pump, adjust process heat transfer mode, part-time stop stripping gas.Through calculation results show that the main monomer equipment TEG cooler, which is recommended to replace a new heat exchanger tube, and the heat transfer area is not less than15.8m2. |
