| In this paper, the simulated bone tissue material and the structure of the fetus phantom, which are adapted to B-ultrasonic examination, have been chosen as the research objects. Combined with the easy processing and hydrophobic properties of the polymer material, the simulated bone tissue material is synthesized by nano-hydroxyapatite particles with epoxy resin and polyurethane respectively. Not only the difficulty in molding integrally of the fetus model, but also the issue of demoulding during the silicone mold manufacturing process is solvedFirstly, the n-HA/epoxy resin composite was synthesized by the hydroxyapatite particles surface modified with KH550 silane coupling agent and the epoxy resin. It was found that KH550 silane coupling agent has greatly improved the dispersion of n-HA in epoxy resin. The collapsibility of the n-HA/epoxy resin sample was improved after encapsulated with the water-soluble simulated muscle tissue. It was shiny white and can be seen its contour clearly in the B-scan ultrasonic image. The acoustic characteristics were assessed by transmission method. The sound velocity of the composite was 3 353.727 6 m/s, and its coefficient of acoustic attenuation was 37.332 4 dB/(m·Hz)Secondly, the n-HA/PU composite was synthesized by reacting castor oil, with n-HA and Isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), extended with 1,4-butanediol(BDO). It was shown that the n-HA dispersed evenly throughout the PU matrix in the 37 % n-HA addition. The conditions for low porosity were: 37 % n-HA addition, and the curing conditions at 37 ℃ for 36 h after vacuum deaeration for 1h at 25 ℃, then at 60 ℃ till curing. The time of the n-HA/PU sample encapsulated with the water-soluble simulated muscle tissue was prolonged. The contour of the n-HA/PU sample B-scan ultrasonic image was definitely clear.Finally, this paper analyzed several facets to synthetically considered to design for the suitable silicon mold, such as the real shape of fetus, the size of silicon mold and the difficult degree of demould the silicon mold. The patulous of fingers and toes was changed to be merged. The silicon mold was manufactured by casting integrally after modifying the size of the fetus phantom. The simulated muscle tissue was poured into the silicon mold. The contour of the simulated muscle tissue fetus phantom B-ultrasonic image was clear. The spine mold was put in the fetus phantom. The water-soluble simulated muscle tissue material was poured into the fetus phantom. Then there was the multiple tissues complex ultrasound phantom after the simulated muscle tissue material solidified. The B-scan ultrasonic image of the multiple tissues complex ultrasound phantom, diagnosed by B-ultrasonic testing, was definitely clear. The simulated bone tissue material made spine mold was bright white in the B-scan ultrasonic image. |
