In this paper, Ti O2 films were fabricated by anodic oxidation at a constant potential based on Titanium. Then polyaniline/Ti O2 composite films were prepared by electrochemical method. The preparation conditions of the composite catalyst were researched by using orthogonal experimental method. The Ti O2 films and polyaniline/ Ti O2 composite films were characterized by using XRD 、 FT-IR spectra. The photocatalytic activity of Ti O2 films and composite films was evaluated by degradation of methylene, and followed by variety of influencing factors on the photocatalytic activity were discussed, such as concentration of electrolyte, anodizing potential, anodizing time, calcinations temperature, current density, polymerization time, concentration of sulfuric acid and polymerization temperature. The kinetics of photocatalysis process was also researched.The ultraviolet visible near infrared spectroscopy(UV-Vis-NIS)was used to characterize the Ti O2 films and polyaniline/ Ti O2 composite films. The band gap was estimated by extrapolating method. Also the spectral characteristics of the polyaniline/Ti O2 composite films were discussed. Results showed the catalysis activity and optical response range of polyaniline/Ti O2 composite films were better than those of Ti O2 films.
