Study On Establishment Of Environmental Impact Assessment Index System For Planning Of Small Town Industrial Park

A new type of urbanization is new economy development strategy in our country present stage, Construction of industrial park has became the main mode to solve the problem of new employment population, development of regional economy of small towns.Planning environmental impact assessment is important to prevent environmental pollution of industrial park.It is different between small town industrial park and a variety of different industrial park development of city in industrial distribution, raw material supply, production scale and the development direction, and the ecological environment of industrial park.Only to conduct the thorough research on environmental impact of the small town industrial park, determining appropriate evaluation index, the environmental impact of small town industrial park can be predicted and evaluated more accurately.based on characteristics about the industrial structure, resource consumption and pollutant emissions of the small town industrial park,Combined with the characteristics of the small town area on regional natural resources, ecological environment and social environment. The environmental impact which is in the process of construction and implementation of small town industrial park is identified systematically, Using methods to the DPSIR model and analytic hierarchy process to screen environmental impact indicators,Putting forward the system of small town industrial park planning environmental impact assessment index, and studying the application instance.Compared with the Industrial park of City,there are large consumption of regional resources in industrial park of small towns. the damage of ecological system is serious.The establishment of index system frame of small town industrial park planning environmental impact assessment was set up by using DPSIR mode, analysis shows that the ecological protection is the most important factor which can influence the small town industrial park environment, followed by water and atmosphere environment. The ecological protection and economic development are the two main elements.The establishment of small town planning environmental assessment index system was screened for index by using the analytic hierarchy process. The green GDP is more suitable for influence in the evaluation and the development of natural resources and social of small town Industrial Park.The case of Indicator system of deligeer industrial park in Taikang shows that: the environmental impact of the industrial park consists of the original grassland and wetland ecological environment destruction, the influence on the individual or population of vegetation.
