In this paper,based on the structure difference of polyamide fiber,present a new color grading method about the dye ability of polyamide.Applying the cluster analysis result of thermal stress about polyamide DTY(Drawn Textured Yarn) to predicting its dye evenness,this method didn’t need three basic processes of the traditional color grading method:socking,dyeing and classification of socks color,greatly improved the color grading efficiency.To sum up,the main content of this thesis as follows:1.Applying the X-Ray Diffraction technology,analysis the difference of interior structure of dyeing properties.On the same condition of dyeing process,the larger of the fiber crystallinity,dye staining low;the smaller of the fiber crystallinity,dye staining deep;2.Analysis the effect of measuring parameter,included measuring temperature,speed,draw ratio,pre-tension,temperature and humidity of environment,testing time to the thermal stress result;Among of these measuring parameters,the temperature and speed of measuring affect most;3.Analysis the effect factor to traditional color grading method result,conclude that the result exist mistakes;4.Applied the cluster analysis method in statistics to cluster the thermal stress results,and compared with the practical color grading result by man,the difference is small,especially the dye-deep spool,distinguished easily.
