Research On The Comprehensive Evaluati On And Countermeasures Of Ecological Civiliz Ation In Fujian Province

The Ecological Civilization Construction is an eternal topic, along with the growing ecological crisis,Humanity’s survival and development has also been a certain degree of influence,facing the challenge of ecological crisis, the new civilization era has come, it is ecological civilization.Ecological civilization is different with the traditional sense of the pollution control and ecological restoration. It is designed to overcome the drawbacks of traditional thinking, looking for an innovation road that is sustainable environmentally low-carbon.The Ecological Civilization Construction is a current priority. Strategic task of China, How to find a way of new ecological civilization, how to assess the progress of development of ecological civilization, currently they are not only the universality problems which exit in various regions of our country, but also the hot research of experts and scholars.Ecological civilization construction has direct impact on the human living environment and development space, affecting the degree of social harmony, more and more grim reality show to us, all of these problems compels us to depth research to evaluate the level of ecological civilization.It is increasingly urgent to establish objective, sustainable, workable civilization ecological indicators. The current related theory and indicators study of ecological civilization are in the early exploratory stage, therefore to establish a set of ecological civilization indicators system and evaluation method which in accordance with national conditions are particularly important.This paper mainly focuses on research in Fujian Province; hope there are some theoretical guidance and practical significance for the construction of ecological civilization in all regions.The first part, it systematic summary and description of the background of ecological civilization and the current situation and research results of ecological civilization development at home and abroad. And to study the theoretical foundation and the concept as well as the composition of ecological civilization.The second part, based on the above, this paper make an analysis of the theoretical and status of ecological civilization development status in Fujian province, and summed up the strengths and weaknesses in ecological civilization construction in Fujian.The third part, it constructed the index system of ecological civilization which suitable for the status of Fujian Province based on the analysis and steady of DPSIR model, The building of DPSIR model is divided into the target layer, criterion layer and index layer, it’s mainly divided into 5 criterion layers,31 target layers, criterion layers is mainly built into five areas that are driving force, pressure, state, impact, response. And totally screened 31 typical indicators in 5 aspects.Finally, expounds the connotation of each index and related evaluation of ecological civilization construction. To obtain the corresponding analytical results on this basis, then put forward countermeasures path of ecological civilization.
