| At present, waxy crude oil possesses a large proportion in the total exploitation of China’s crude oil. In the transporting process, with the temperature decreasing, there will be some wax deposition which will reduce the pipeline’s flow area and output amount, resulting in the increase of flow resistance. To some degree, this appearance will affect the normal operation of the pipeline. With the gradually deepening of the oil exploration, the output of the oilfield will decline little by little. The output of gathering pipes have also to make corresponding adjustment. In order to make sure that the pipeline will operate safely and economically, it’s indispensable to do research on the law of wax deposition in the pipeline.This article uses a combined method of theoretical analysis, experimental study and computer programming to study the law of wax deposition and economic operation method of gathering pipeline.First, confirm the basic physical property of waxy crude oil according to the indoor experiment and analyzes the influence factors of wax deposition based on the experimental datas. In addition, wax deposition models were established by using grey forecasting theory and regression analysis method. The thesis selects the more accurate model to improve the accuracy of the prediction. Then, forecast the wax precipitation of actual running pipeline under different working conditions via wax deposition model and analysis of the influence of oil temperature, flow law on wax deposition in the pipeline. The serious area of wax deposition can be obtained from the prediction of wax deposition in actual pipeline. At last,analyse the calculation method of wax deposition thickness under different transport medium,wax deposition forecast model combined and then show the thermal and hydraulic calculation method in the operation process of hot oil pipeline with considering of the change of flow pattern and build a mathematical model with oil cost as objective function and wax layer thickness as the decision variables. Program by using the visual basic language to choose economic pigging period and research the impact on energy consumption of wax layer during pipeline operation which will provide theoretic foundation for the energy-saving and cost-reducing and safe operation of the pipeline. |
