So the development of low permeability reservoirs, it is the trend of The Times, and is the inevitable direction of the oil industry development.Accumulations of horizontal relative vertical Wells have rocks exposed area is large, scattered reservoir lateral connectivity, change of drainage geometric features three obvious advantages, is an important technical means of reserves of low permeability reservoir development. Jilin oilfield in 2004 successful implementation of the first horizontal well in fuyu oilfield, fu ping 1 well, gradually opened the prelude of scale implementation of horizontal well development.Red hills, jilin oilfield production began in 2010 with the horizontal well pattern development of dense oil, with the horizontal well development, development of conflict between highlights, large difference of horizontal well production, large decline, according to the current horizontal well development level, the recovery rate is only 6.7%. How accurate location factors, and effective countermeasures, improve the recovery efficiency of horizontal well, we are now is an urgent need to solve the problem. In this paper, on the basis of the predecessors, from the horizontal Wells of reservoir development and the status of the connected, well completion method, the initial fracturing slotted state, etc, on the basis of analyze the restricting factors of horizontal well production capacity play, carry out sweep tee sand washing, secondary sand washing, salvage, repeat test measures such as fracturing, throughput, conversion, and constantly understanding, summarize and improve the technology, to solve the constrained capacity, play a doubtful point, difficult point eventually improve the recovery efficiency of horizontal well.
