In the era of big data,data mining and analysis are the key factors to realize the value of data and influence decision-making.It is an inevitable trend in the future to digitize and informatize the development and reuse of cementing operations and laboratory experimental data.Combined with engineering construction and experimental requirements,based on the AnyCem?cementing software independently developed by China Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute,the following three research work have been completed:(1)Through the research on on-site construction real-time data transmission and control,a set of software modules with the functions of cementing engineering data visualization and retrieval analysis are developed to solve the problems of non intuition and inconvenience in the process of cementing engineering data management,and realize the visualization of diversified and multi angle data statistical analysis.(2)Develop a cementing experiment data management module to store a large amount of cementing slurry experiment information.According to different oilfield blocks and different geological conditions,the most suitable cement slurry formulation range is selected to achieve directional simplification of the cement slurry formulation.And relying on the experimental data pool stored in this module,a large number of artificial intelligence training is carried out to form the intelligent optimization technology of cement slurry formula.(3)Through the research on the data interface between the data acquisition software used in the experimental instrument hardware and the AnyCem?cementing software,the automatic data acquisition and storage of the software and the experimental instrument hardware system is realized,achieving"experimental data".After application in field test,the results of this research have reduced the complicated manual work,improved data transmission and work efficiency by 30%,and accelerated the formulation cycle of cement slurry to a certain extent,with good results.
