Because of the soaring of the oil field moisture content nowadays, lifting oil with quite a lot of water to the ground, the surface processing pressure increases sharply. To reduce the pressure of surface water treatment, reduce environmental pollution, improve the efficiency of wastewater treatment and improve oil recovery rate, we put forward the concept of downhole oil-water separation(DOWS) system, at the same time, we research and development the technology of Hydrocyclone separation. However, the split ratio of the cyclone which is the core structure part of hydrocyclone separation technology determines the downhole oil-water separation(DOWS) system’s work efficiency. When adopting screw pump for pressurization tools, pressure changes by reinjection layer and influences the pumping quantity of screw pump accordingly, which makes the spout flow in the bottom of cyclone changes and then loses cyclone underflow and overflow outlet flow matching,leading to the separation effect bad eventually.Therefore, we designed the floating fluid current stabilizer to ensure the pressure of hydrocyclone underflow port stable so as to ensure the high efficiency of cyclone. What’s more, calculating and analyzing the initial model by using fluid-solid coupled finite element analysis, we can find the structure member that can influence the efficiency of the steady flow of floating current stabilizer. Based on the initial model, the structure member that is the biggest influence factor of floating fluid current stabilizer work efficiency will be evaluated and judged by using the method of orthogonal experiment to select the best size parameter of the time structure parts. According to the optimal structure size of the selected parameters, designing drawings and processing experimental prototype, caring out the model of working conditions on site laboratory test to prove the correctness of the theoretical research.This article, based on experiment using the theory of existing knowledge, in order to design experiments and indoor simulation test to carry out the research work of combining the research ways. The way of finite element analysis reduce the research cost, improve the accuracy of the research, point out the direction of the laboratory test development and laid a solid foundation. Have to say, it uses the method of orthogonal experiment to evaluate the influence of the structure of the floating fluid current stabilizer, and in the system, estimates various influential factors at different levels with the state level.Orthogonal experimental method helps to complete assessment of all combinations on the group number as little aspossible, speeding up the research progress. It selects and test optimum parameters of the system indoor to verify the accuracy of the finite element analysis and make up for the unimportant influence of imponderable secondary factors on its efficiency.
