The ground gathering technology of heavy oil of Liao He Oilfield is mature, but with high water cut stage of field development, the phenomenon of high moisture content and dehydration poor is getting worse. To solve this problem, we selected the Jinzhou Oil Joint station for study to enhance oil dewatering efficiency, in order to ensure the normal operation of the joint station, conducting experiments with four factors. In the experimental section, basing on the ready-made heavy oil thermal chemical dehydration process, considering four factors about the temperature, PH value, water cut and demulsifier as the key points. A single variable method is used, grasping the factors affecting each other and expanding the mechanism analysis of the experimental results. In the software part, with the aid of the experimental section 1st Opt data were fitted screened matching empirical formula; the use of C # language to develop a good interface, easy to master site operator applications, both existing dewatering process. In addition, the application is also tested to test its feasibility and modify problems in the run. Conclusions show: it is benefit for the crude oil and can improve the effect of dehydration when related to the different water cut of oil and adjusting the process parameters to the reasonable rage. It is also proved that the study of joint station external transmission standard moisture content as well as crude oil downstream production has important practical significance.
