Abstract/Summary:
The process of crude oil demulsification and dehydration treatment in Tahe No.1 joint station is greatly affected by high waxy,high-glibic asphaltene crude oil and abnormal liquid.There mainly exit following difficulties in crude oil demulsification:(1)main controlling factors of crude oil emulsification are unknown;(2)the nature of crude oil is changed for the reason that adaptability of demulsifier is not ideal;(3)there are limited treatments for crude oil demulsification.In this paper,the factors affecting the process of crude oil demulsification and dehydration,including on-site dehydration process parameters and the physical and chemical properties of the liquid,are analyzed in detail,especially different demulsifiers and alkali on high-wax crude oil,high colloidal asphaltic crude oil,the gas injection production well,the solid phase impurities,the aging oil and the deteriorated oil through indoor evaluations and field tests,then conclusions are adopted that main control factor is the system liquid,thus emergency and prevention methods are formulated:(1)appropriate control of system liquid:strict control of special liquids such as waste solid-liquid processing stations to ensure minimum pouring amount,stop pouring if necessary;if there is unknown abnormal liquid,it should be evaluated by indoor experiment,then liquid pouring is carried out according to the result;the crude oil dehydration experiment is carried out for the new wells and measure wells,the well opening time and working system are formulated according to the experimental results;(2)neutralize deteriorated oil and water with sodium hydroxide;(3)re-injection of "in-situ water" treatment is implemented at high water cut sites;(4)no.1 joint station crude oil treatment system is gradually upgraded according to the situation of corrosion and leakage;(5)Optimize formula and demulsifier mixing procedure through cooperation with manufacturer,then high-efficiency demulsifier is introduced through indoor evaluation and field sample experiment.
