In the oil field, horizontal pipe and vertical pipe in the strict sense is very few, the research has more practical significance in inclined pipeline. With the changes of temperature and pressure, gas-liquid two phase flow is a very common phenomenon in inclined pipeline.The phase interface isn’t sure in the space and time, which brings huge difficulties to research on gas-liquid two phase flow.In this paper, by adopting the combination of indoor experiment and numerical simulation method, the upward inclined pipe flow pattern of gas liquid two phase flow and knowledge flow pattern characteristics and formation mechanism, for the calculation of gas liquid two phase flow pressure gradient in the inclined pipes and the liquid holdup and other related parameters to provide theoretical basis. The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects. according to the theory of two-phase flow, the basic parameters calculation method, the flow pattern and the discriminant method of gas-liquid two-phase flow in inclined pipe have been introduced, which provides the theoretical basis for flow pattern of gas-liquid two-phase flow in inclined pipe. in multiphase flow experimental pipeline system, the experiment plan and process of gas-liquid two-phase flow in upward inclined pipe have been designed. The flow pattern of gas-liquid two-phase flow has been identified, and the flow characteristics of gas-liquid two-phase flow has been described.Based on the former research, the flow pattern figure of gas-liquid two-phase flow in upward inclined pipe has been drawn, and the effect of angle change of inclined pipe has benn analyzed.with the using of COMSOL Multiphysics software, choose non-steady-state solver for two-phase flow in upward inclined tubes at different time of the volume fraction of the numerical simulation to study, identify the gas-liquid two-phase flow pattern, analyze the gas superficial velocity, liquid phase superficial velocity and the impact of the angle of convection type of pipeline.Liquid two-phase flowing pattern study is the core issue of two-phase flowing pattern and the mechanism, Directly impacting on the analysis of other issues. Therefore, it is very important impact for theoretical and practical significance to carry out the numerical simulation and experimental study of two-phase flowing type gas-liquid, In theory, it can provide a theoretical basis for the study of two-phase flowing frictional resistance and the calculating of the gas rate and pressure drop interface parameters accurately; In engineering, it can provide the basis for the operating pressure of the pipeline design to ensure the safety and economy of pipeline operation.
