Two phase slug flow widely exists in petroleum and chemical industry.Because of the intermittence of its flow and the complexity of its phase distribution.At present,its research is still in the exploratory stage.The research on its flow mechanism is still lacking.To realize the calculation and analysis of slug flow mechanism and flow parameter characteristics efficiently and scientifically.In this paper,numerical calculation and experiments are used.The calculation model of gas-liquid two-phase slug flow in inclined pipeline is established according to multiphase flow model based on Euler and VOF.The occurrence process of gas-liquid two-phase slug flow in pipeline is studied systematically.The main research contents are as follows:According to the calculation of slug flow process number of gas-liquid two-phase section in inclined pipeline under multiple working conditions.Systematically analyzed the relation of gas-liquid two-phase mixing velocity,air content and angle of Inclination.Analysis of slug flow distribution by velocity vector diagram and pressure distribution phase diagram.The characteristics of gas-liquid velocity and pressure distribution during slug flow are summarized.In order to verify the reliability of the calculation model of gas-liquid two-phase slug flow in inclined pipe.Relying on oil gas water three-phase experiment platform.Design of closed loop test system for multiphase flow in inclined pipeline.Based on the results of numerical analysis.Experimental study on the frequency and length of slug in slug flow.The results of experiment and numerical calculation are compared and analyzed.Verify and perfect the calculation model of gas-liquid two-phase slug flow.Based on the above research.In view of digital signal theory.Perform analytical and numerical calculations.The power spectral density(PSD)function characteristics of slug flow in different conditions and periods are obtained.Further using the evolution characteristics of PSD of slug flow.Reasonable identification of slug flow pattern under different working conditions.The research results are helpful to realize the scientific calculation and analysis of slug flow distribution under different working conditions.Supplement and improve the identification method of slug flow pattern.It provides a scientific reference for pipeline engineering design considering gas-liquid two-phase slug flow.
