This paper is based on the central west second development law and carries out the establishment of geological modeling in the central west Sapu and Gaotaizi reservoir. Then the typical block is selected to do the numerical simulation history matching for the research of development technology boundaries lay the foundation under the condition of the central western secondary development. The fine phased geological model of the central west Sapu and Gaotaizi reservoir is established, and the reservoir condition model is established such as porosity, permeability, saturation and net to gross, and the distribution of permeability, sedimentary law and relative permeability curve distribution model are studied to simulate the water cut and production. Thereby the remaining oil distribution and the reserves value of the central west Sapu and Gaotaizi reservoir are studied.The geologic model is established to simulate the central west Sapu and Gaotaizi reservoir. For the central west Sapu reservoir, the fitting of geologic reserves are 8531.54 million tons, the actual geological reserves are 8491.7 million tons and the relative error is 4.69%. For the central west Gaotaizi reservoir, the fitting of geologic reserves are 4695.44 million tons, the actual geological reserves are 4690.09 million tons and the relative error is 1.14%.The numerical simulation history matching is carried out to the central west Sapu reservoir, the results are as follows: the cumulative oil production of calculation is 3798.10 million tons, the actual cumulative oil production is 3766.51 million tons and the relative error is 0.84%; the water-cut index of calculation is 92.89%, the actual water-cut index is 92.84%, the relative error is 0.57%. The fitting rate of single well reaches 73.4%, the pressure fitting error of block is 0.26 MPa. The numerical simulation history matching is carried out to the central west Gaotaizi reservoir, the results are as follows: the cumulative oil production of calculation is 1887.45 million tons, the actual cumulative oil production is 1861.99 million tons and the relative error is 1.35%; the water-cut index of calculation is 89.97%, the actual water-cut index is 90.22%, the relative error is 0.27%. The fitting rate of single well reaches 74.9%, the pressure fitting error of block is 0.42 MPa.The program prediction of Ⅱreservoir and Ⅲ reservoir is completed in the central west Sapu reservoir and the water drive and chemical flooding in the central west Gaotaizi reservoir, the development rule of different stages are summarized, the development mode of the central western is summed up.
