| With the background of the national science and technology project "Research and Development of Scroll Feature Generic Technology",the precision preserve problem of the ball screw pair is researched. This paper is mainly studying the basic theory of wear mechanism and the relevant precision preserve teat machine, which can provide theoretical basis and detection methods for the improvement of the ball screw pair.Aiming at the wear factor investigation, the precision of ball screw pair of attenuation and the wear mechanism were analyzed and summarized. Based on the test equipment and friction and wear test, ball screw pair of wear resistance for the rotational speed, load and time was analyzed.Moreover, focusing on the indexes of the precision ball screw pair, measuring principle, performance parameters, the system of overall structure and the function is given. This paper puts forward the test scheme of measurement and control technology, measurement and control system was designed. According to functional requirements of test bed, the measurement and control instruments, equipment needed for the module were set up. The problem of field wiring was solved, such as servo motor, linear grating ruler, round magnetic grating ruler, pressure sensor and torque sensor. Based on VB development platform, the parameter settings, motion control, load control, dynamic measurement and the writing of the database software and the design of the interface were designed.Meanwhile, the relevant test method of the precision ball screw pair was proposed, which included the research route of accuracy stable test, and the evaluation method was given. |
