Abstract/Summary:
Quality dairy products not only directly related to the health and nutritional needs of people,and affects people and their confidence in the dairy-related economic agents, affecting people’s buying decisions, and thus related to the development of agriculture and rural incomes. We can say that the current and long-term stability and dependability, quality dairy products may even affect the government’s image and stable society, the importance of irrefutable.However, in recent years due to breeding technology, aquaculture environmental impacts,market demand, and constantly spate of "toxic milk" incident, resulting in sluggish sales related dairy producers, the market value has shrunk, consumer also cause physical and psychological harm. Therefore, how to ensure the healthy development of dairy consumption and consumer safety has become an important issue facing China’s dairy industry. To establish an effective and efficient monitoring for dairy farming, dairy transportation, processing, marketing and other aspects, monitoring, analysis and management system is a major measure to solve this problem.Currently, developed countries have developed dairy and milk products run the traceability system for monitoring milk production and sales of all aspects of the process, in order to ensure that consumers have access to safe dairy products.Because the barcode on the packaging of milk products do not represent the milk product traceability identity, can not display critical information production date, batch ingredients and origin of the product and so on. The paper first inductive analysis coding standard GS1(Globe standard 1) identification system, basic data acquisition technology and the construction of basic dairy products traceability system theory, to explore the realization of dairy products traceability system information collection system for classifying and specify what to use and how to use bar-code technology of bar code technology to identify the classification of information, promote the standardization of traceability information coding. By using a technique based on GS1 coding system, not only can eliminate the source farm and dairy processing enterprises to raw milk adulteration, and guarantee the quality and safety of dairy products from every aspect of the production and processing. In overcoming the traceability information identifies inconsistent,incompatible, and communication to achieve effective transfer of information throughout the supply chain, the standardized EAN will play a decisive role.This paper studied dairy traceability system based on GS1 coding technology as the foundation and core. Establish an effective, analysis and management system for dairy farming,the collection of raw milk, raw milk transport, dairy processing, marketing and other aspects.Things technology combined with the use of RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag and printing, packaging applications EPC(Electronic Product Code) encoding technology,one-dimensional and two-dimensional QR(Quick Response) barcode technology, raise dairy each stage of production traceability coding technology standards and methods. The coding system will provide technical support to facilitate consumer inquiries dairy traceability information. Solve the barcode on the packaging of dairy products do not represent traceable identity of the product,consumers can not get the products in question is directly traceable information. The system is used to monitor the production and sale of dairy products in all aspects of the process to ensure the quality and safety of dairy products that ultimate consumers will obtain.
