As more and more ultraviolet radiation reaching the earth’s surface, anti UV products also increasingly attract people’s attention. Anti UV products which has a broad spectrum, long aging, environment and human body affinity has become the focus of the study.The study chooses Scutellaria baicalensis,Turmeric and Phellodendron amurense three kinds of natural plants as raw materials, analyzes main components of three kinds of plant extract by high performance liquid chromatography, the results showed that: the main components in scutellaria baicalensis extract are baicalin, wogono side, wogonin and wogonoside, Turmeric extract mainly contains a lot of curcum in, the main components of the extract of Cortex Phellodendriare berberine and phellodendron bark ketone. According to the uniform design table UM8(82) arranged compound experiment, the best combination scheme is obtained: Turmeric extract accounts for 3.18%, Scutellaria baicalensis extract accounts for 42.36%, phellodendron amurense extract accounts for 54.46%.With gelatin gum arabic as wall material,and plant compound as the core material,complex coacervation encapsulation is used to prepare anti ultraviolet microcapsule.coacervation speed, coacervation temperature, coacervation p H and curing time, these four factors’ influence on micro-encapsulation rate is studied, concluded that the best process parameters of microcapsule preparation are: coacervation speed 900r/min, coacervation temperature of 45℃, coacervation p H of 4.0 and curing time of 120 min; By the above technology, the embedding rate of microcapsule is 78.163%. Through particle size analysis,the microcapsule average particle size is 3.38 microns.With the plant compound extract as anti ultraviolet agent to impregnate finish cotton fabric, which has been pretreated by metal ion. Through single factor and orthogonal experiment, we studied the finishing temperature, time and bath ratio on K/S, TUVA, TUVB of fabrics. And determined the optimal finishing process: finishing temperature of 90℃, the finishing time of 60 min and bath ratio of 1∶40; By the impregnation process finished the fabric, ultraviolet microcapsule is finishing agent and water soluble polyurethane is binder.The optimal finishing process is determined: anti UV microcapsule dosage of 50 ml,optimum dosage of waterborne polyurethane of 5%, finishing temperature of 45℃, the finishing time of 50 min.Test ultraviolet protective performance of the treated fabrics, the TUVA, TUVB of plantextract treated fabrics can be up to 1.61%, 0.87%, UPF of up to 100+; the TUVA, TUVB of anti ultraviolet microcapsule finishing agent treated fabrics are 2.92% and 2.92%respectively, UPF is 50+. Test the fabric before and after the performance, the rate of change are smaller, showed that after finishing the fabric basically maintained the style of the original.
