Nowadays, the reasonable utilization of waste rubber resources can alleviate the shortage of natural rubber and the oil resources problems to a certain extent in China.It will be an important way to crush waste rubber into powder to use directly or mixed with other materials.But it is too inert for the surface of waste rubber powder to be compatible with the rubber or plastic substrate,the powder and substrate two phases is difficult to form good combination, then the powder surface must be carried out modification.Current waste rubber powder and plastic blending preparation of thermoplastic elastomer is a popular study, and research on powder and rubber blend is little reported.This thesis mainly focus on study of waste rubber powder filling into a variety of polar and nonpolar rubber to foam, then completed the preparation of the composite material, and observed its structure and tested its performance.Waste rubber powder filled chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) rubber, after studying the composite foam material performance we could get that:The sulfofication of bubble body will be reinforced temporary when we used 10 phr powder with 200 mesh to fill CSM, the crosslinking degree increased simultaneously;A minimum value presented when the dosage of powder reached to 20 phr, blending performance of powder with CSM substrate was poor, and strength performance of bubble body was poor too;The strength performance, physical and mechanical properties such as density, hardness, reached to a maximum with 40 phr dosage of powder. Compared 80 mesh 120 mesh to 200 mesh powder filling CSM,the tensile strength, elongation at break, density, hardness and compressive stress strain strength C50 of bubble body increased at the same time except for tensile strength with 200 mesh powder filled. Shrinkage ratio were decreasing due to the foaming ratio decreased; The foam presented well comprehensive physical and mechanical properties with coumarone resin modified rubber powder filled CSM. Waste rubber powder filled EPDM rubber, after studying the composite foam material performance we could get that:the dispersion of powder in EPDM rubber matrix presented more worse with the increase of powder dosage, the crosslinking and foaming process were inhibited by powder.It won’t present foam process when used 40 phr. Under prediction based on neural network,we had different ratio of powder and foam agent.The foaming process was not obvious with less dosage of foam agent.The dispersion of powder got more worse with the increase of powder under the most foam agent.The foaming process got worse to ordinary cure characteristics as followed.TPI rubber powder blended with BR and polybutadiene,after studying the composite foam material performance we can get that:Pure TPI sulfided in sulfur curing system, we could get high vulcanization crosslinking degree, high hardness, poor elasticity and toughness.Its tensile strength, tear strength, density and other physical and mechanical properties had larger values.TPI blended with BR and polybutadiene,TPI/BR/PB three phrases blend system,bubble body curing and foaming rate had good matching. Excellent elongation at break,moderate tensile strength,tear strength and compression stress strain,proper elasticity and toughness.The bubble pore structure was neat, bubble hole aperture presented uniform size distribution.Waste rubber powder filled TPI rubber, after studying the composite foam material performance we could get that:The tensile strength,tear strength and elongation at break reached to a maxima when used 10phr,then presented minimum value at the point of 20phr.The physical and mechanical properties values with the increase of dosage of powder also showed a trend of increasing.They reached to a peak value when used 40phr,the hole had an obvious powder "reunion" phenomenon.After the powder modified by Si-69 filled TPI.The best tensile and tear strength, the maximum compression stress strain intensity, moderate elongation at break and density and the smallest retraction rate.The sample of bubble pore structure was complete,it had no rupture and collapse, bubble hole pore size distribution, bubble hole density uniform.
