Countermeasures Of Coordinating Construction Land Expansion And Major Eco-environment Construction Of Hui’an County

Due to the rapid development of the economy of Hui’an in the new situation of reform and opening up, the scale of construction land was expanding along with the county level of the towns around Hui’an enhancing, which is becoming the inevitable trend of urbanization development. However, the rapid expansion of construction land causes many environmental problems directly or indirectly. In the current situation of the harmonious development emphasized by our country, realizing the intensive utilization of land resources and the construction of environment-friendly county has become an important topic for Hui’an’s future development. Through the investigation of construction land expansion and the change of ecological environment from 2000 to 2012, we collected relevant materials for Hui’an’s society, nature, economy, land use, ecological environment and economic development. By observing the trend of the expansion of construction land and the change of ecological environment as well as the influence of the former onto the latter, the relationship between the two was analyzed. Summary that Hui’an County construction land expansion more negative impact on the ecological environment caused by, requires external means to rational planning of land use, built Hui’an County environment friendly land use pattern. According to the characteristics of the regional ecological environment and the land in Hui’an, environment-friendly pattern for land use was constructed. For the realization of the stability, coordination, optimization and sustainable development for Hui’an’s ecological environment system, appropriate countermeasures for local natural and social economic development were put forward, and new idea for processing the relationship between construction land expansion and ecological environment was also provided.
