With the rapid development of oil and gas industry, there are more and more natural gas wells and gas transmission pipelines of oilfield existing CO2 corrosion in gas and liquid two phases, which is a research hot spot in recent years. Using chemical inhibitors has been acknowledged as a very practical, less influencing and most economical method of combating CO2 corrosion.Oleic acid, diethylene triamine, and quaternary ammonium reagents were used in the experiment. The dimethylbenzene was used as water carrying agent. Selected for the molar ratio of oleic acid and diethylenetriamine, reaction temperature, reaction time in the acylation stage and reaction temperature in the cyclization stage. Designed the four factors and three levels of orthogonal test analysis to determine the order of impact factors. Then obtained by the single factor analysis of four factors in the synthesis process, the optimum conditions of synthesis of the imidazoline quaternary corrosion inhibitor as: the best molar ratio of the reactants(oleic acid: diethylene triamine) was 1:1.2. The acylation time was 3h.The acylation temperature was 160℃.The temperature of the cyclization was 220℃.The cyclization time was 4h. The molar ratio of imidazoline intermediate and benzyl chloride was 1:1.2. The quaternization reaction temperature was 110℃. The quaternization reaction temperature was 3h.Studied the intramolecular synergistic inhibitive effect by static weight-loss experiment indifferent CO2 in different pressure, different temperature and time of corrosion of N80 steel in simulated oilfield water. The experimental results show that the inhibition efficiency increases with the inhibitor concentration and decreases with the temperature of the corrosion reaction increased with the partial pressure of CO2 increased,and decreased with the increase of corrosion time, corrosion after a period of time to maintain a stable range.The complex with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,potassium iodide, sodium tungstate, thiourea, glycerol, OP-10 and propargyl alcohol were researched. The better mixtures with good were selected, and the best ratios are as follows: the ratio of potassium iodide and the corrosion inhibitor is 1:1. The ratio of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and the corrosion inhibitor is 1:1.The ratio of OP-10 and the corrosion inhibitor is 1:10.The ratio of propargyl alcohol and the corrosion inhibitor is 1:1. The ratio of iodide,sodium tungstate and the corrosion inhibitor is 2:1.
