Wang fu gas field is the key development block of Jilin oil field in 2013. 20 wells are deployed and the planned output is 165 million m3. Drilling speed is slow and drilling period is long from Denglouku formation to Shahezi formation. Drilling period of 1/4 well in the lower part accounts for 2/3 of the whole drilling period. In 2012, turbine with cast bit drilling speed technology has obtained initial success in Cheng shen 602 well, but it’s difficult to be promoted comprehensively for its poor economy. To increase drilling speed further and accelerate development pace, it’s necessary to study the drilling speed technology with efficient bit optimization as breakthrough.Started with formation anti-drilling property, this paper researched drillability and abrasivity parameters, including hardness, plasticity coefficient, micro-cone bit drillability,micro-PDC bit drillability, abrasivity test. Based on these data, correlation model between anti-drilling parameters and logging data is established using the method of mathematical statistics, and anti-drilling performance profile of Cheng shen 604, 605, 606 wells is created.Combining anti-drilling performance profile and virtual strength index to evaluate bit selection conditions and the use of drilling parameters.This paper used principal component analysis method to make the optimization scheme,mechanical bit footage and single bit drilling time as evaluating indicators. Meanwhile,optimized virtual strength index, with energy consumption as its indicator, is used for bit selection in the lower part of Wang fu formation. Through comparison between optimized results derived from the two bit selection method with different evaluating indicators, the final optimization scheme is confirmed, and provides the basis for speeding up drilling and drilling safely. |
