In this paper, 3D reservoir geological model is established based on constraint conditions of sedimentary facies by Petrel geological modeling software, according to the data of Xing 6 West Block. Based on the result of Petrel geological model and the reservoir production performance data, history matching of fluid production and water cut is conducted, geological reserves and recovery percent is calculated by Eclipse software. On the base of history matching, vertical and plane residual oil distribution of current and without adjustment forecast to water cut 98% are analyzed. The adjustment potential of perforation adding is studied. Combining with reservoir development and characteristics of well pattern arrangement, principle of perforation adding for tertiary infilling well is formulated.Perforation adding layers of Saer Reservoir for tertiary infilling are selected strictly according to principle on sedimentary facies belt. Numerical simulation is conducted based on selection result. Different perforation adding programs are made according to the remaining oil and water flooded grade. The optimal perforation adding program is selected through evaluation of development effect and economic benefits. Perforation adding measure is taken in different water cut classification of tertiary infilling well produced in existing pattern. Numerical simulation method are used to predict development index of different perforation adding opportunity programs. To different reservoirs, water cut of Saer Reservoir and Sasan Reservoir are controlled respectively. Single well and reservoir will be closed when water cut reaches to 98%. Through economic evaluation, two programs are selected. Detailed study of perforation adding opportunity is conducted by encryption perforation adding time point. Development index of detailed programs are predicted through numerical simulation. Combining with economic evaluation the reasonable perforation adding opportunity of Saer Reservoir in Xing 6 West Block is given.
