This paper was put forward to the demand for production techniques of third infilling by the systematic analysis of the test results based on the data of third infilling pilot in daqing oilfield.Through the causes of low producing well were analysised.the effective method of decreasing low producing well were researched.These methods were verificated in the infilling pilot area of Xing 1-3. The investment cost composition was made clear by studying the technical and economic limit of infilling well. On the bases, the recoverable reserve, thickness and production limit were determined, the potential and distribution characteristic were pointed out. This paper was put forward to the method, principle and procedure of third infilling in order to the economic effective development based on fine reservoir description and remaining oil research. Meanwhile, the calculation methods of initial water cut and recoverable reserve of third infilling well were studed, and the approach of third infilling scale was developed.This research result can be applied in the infilling adjustment in multi-layered and heterogeneous sandstone reservoir at late period of high water cut stage, so it developed the the practice and theory of infilling adjustment in multi-layered and heterogeneous sandstone reservoir.
