Research On Energy Saving Technology Of Mechanical Production Wells In Mutou Oilfield

Oilfield is not only the unite energy production, and the unit of high energy consumption. At the background of Promoting the building of a resource-conserving enterprise in jilin oilfield, although the Xinmu oilfield wood expands production in oil and gas,energy conservation and consumption has reduced and achieved main technical energy consumption index. But overall, compared with the advanced fields, high energy consumption and wasting phenomenon is still very serious. The oil field, more than 40%of the electricity consumption in production engineering systems, so the production of engineering system energy saving work is particularly important.This paper combines with the characteristics of the Xinmu oil machine mining system,and aims at the condition of many pumping unit Wells of low yielding fluid, low pump efficiency, low electrical power utilization, and mechanical and the old electrical equipment. Through sufficient demonstration and analysis, together with the present situation of the Xinmu oilfield to set up corresponding energy consumption of the system.The paper conducts unreasonable submergence technology research,determines the reasonable parameters of oil well production, and introduces the application of advanced energy-saving equipment and technology to update the old pumping unit and the conventional motor and reasonable working system of the oil Wells. At last it improves the efficiency of wood oil machine mining system. It achieved good results through a lot of field application.
